Who We're Looking For: Licensed Child Therapists or Registered Play Therapists
We’re seeking therapists who specialize in working with children, adolescents, and families, and who value autonomy, creativity, and a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct mental health assessments and create individualized treatment plans
  • Maintain a caseload of up to 28 client sessions per week
  • Collaborate with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
  • Utilize creative and engaging interventions to help clients meet and exceed their goals
  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation of all sessions, including case notes, treatment plan reviews, and diagnoses
  • Coordinate services with external providers (e.g., case managers, schools, medical personnel) when needed
  • Participate in clinical staff meetings, trainings, and team-building events
  • Other responsibilities as needed to support your role and our mission
Required Qualifications & Skills:
  • Master’s degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited institution
  • Valid Pennsylvania-issued clinical licensure (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW)
  • Experience in developing treatment plans, completing clinical case notes, and conducting mental health assessments
  • Proven experience working with children, adolescents, teens, and families
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to set and maintain professional boundaries with clients
  • Familiarity with diverse client populations and a commitment to cultural competence
  • Proficiency in Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus!)
  • Fully licensed clinicians should ideally be credentialed with insurance panels
